PRESENTING CLAIRE ROSEN:
NORDphotography presents Claire Rosen. We first met
Claire when she was working as the Studio Manager of the esteemed American
photographer Joyce Tenneson. Claire has since gone on to create her own
successful carrier as a fine art photographer, video artist and educator. Much of her inspiration comes from fairy
tails nursery rhymes, fables, and other children's stories. She is drawn both
to beauty and darkness as it exists is life, and her images explore this

In Northern Light is from Claire’s self- portrait series: “Fairytales and Other
Stories”
In 2010 Claire's commercial work was recognized by
Communication Arts Photography Annual, Prix de la Photographie, Sony World
Awards, Artist Wanted: Exposure, as well as The Art Project : W Magazine. In
2009 her self portrait series received a top award from Prix de la
Photographie.

WORKSHOPS:
In addition to being a great photographer Claire is
also a educator, and teaches Photoshop both in USA and NORWAY. Claire will be
coming to Oslo in the end of this week
to teach two classes in Photoshop, Level 1: 13-14 November (10-17), Level 2:
15-16 November (10-17). There are only two sport left on both levels, so if you

A PHOTO EVENING IN OSLO:
Claire will be presenting her work at Fotokollektivet
Solipsia at Prinsensgate 3B, entrance Skippergata on Sunday (14 November), at
19:00. Entrance is 20 NOK to cover
